Trisha’s eerbetoon aan Frank Sinatra even buiten beschouwing gelaten is het inmiddels 12 jaar geleden sinds Trisha’s album “Heaven, Heartache And The Power Of Love” werd uitgebracht. Nu verschijnt op 30 augustus “Every Girl” met daarop 14 songs waaronder de single “Every Girl In This Town”.

Op het album staan duetten met o.a. Garth Brooks, Don Henley en Kelly Clarkson.

Trisha verwachtte niet te veel van het project en zeker geen snel succes via airplay op de radiostations. “I am very surprised to be one of the women who’s on the radio right now. I’m really excited about it …,” she says. “I think it’s really just been in the last couple days since the song’s been out that I really am seeing that it’s striking the same nerve with other people that it struck with me.”
