CMT maakte de genomineerden voor de CMT Music Awards 2023 bekend en Lainey Wilson leidt het peloton met vier nominaties, waaronder de hoogste eer van Video Of The Year.

Eerdere CMT Music Awards-winnaar Cody Johnson, eerste keer genomineerde Jelly Roll en co-presentator Kane Brown volgen met elk drie nominaties. De zojuist aangekondigde eerste nominatieronde voor Video Of The Year omvat maar liefst 16 acts, waaronder Carrie Underwood, de meest bekroonde artiest in de geschiedenis van CMT.

De winnaars van de 2023 CMT Music Awards worden op 2 april bekendgemaakt.
