Dolly Parton beloofde superster-samenwerkingen op haar allereerste rockalbum “Rock Star” en de tracklijst maakt de hype waar. Vandaag (9 mei) onthulde Parton de volledige tracklist van het project, en het omvat maar liefst 30 nummers die verspreid worden over vier LP’s of twee CD’s en vanaf 17 november verkrijgbaar zijn.

De countryster zei eerder dat aan haar project een aantal oudere rocklegendes zal meewerken en als je de tracklist bekijkt, zie je dat het klopt.

Parton’s “World On Fire” gaat op donderdag 11 mei in première bij de ACM Awards.

“I’m so excited to finally present my first Rock and Roll album Rockstar! I am very honored and privileged to have worked with some of the greatest iconic singers and musicians of all time and to be able to sing all the iconic songs throughout the album was a joy beyond measure.
