Van Brett Young wordt op 7 december het album “Ticket To L.A.” uitgebracht. Op Brett’s 2^e album, wederom geproduceerd door Dann Huff en met een gastoptreden van Gavin DeGraw, staan 13 songs waarvan Brett er 10 heeft medegeschreven.

“I decided to name the album Ticket to L.A. because flying home to Los Angeles has become such a big part of my life,” Young says in a release. “A lot of the first record reflected a kind of hard point in my life when I was moving from Los Angeles to Nashville, but I’m in a completely different place now.”

Van Brett’s debuut album uit 2016 haalden 4 singles de 1^e plaats op de singles hitlijst en werden met platina onderscheiden. Eén ervan, “In Case You Didn’t Know” behaalde zelfs triple platina.
