Van The Oak Ridge Boys verschijnt op 25 oktober het album “Down Home Christmas” dat geproduceerd is door Dave Cobb. Op het album staan klassiekers zoals “Amazing Grace” en “Silent Night,” maar ook nieuwe songs zoals “Don’t Go Pullin’ On Santa Claus Beard” geschreven door Anderson East en “South Alabama Christmas,” geschreven door Jamey Johnson.

“‘Down Home Christmas’ is a project that we are happy to share with the world and, rest assured, you will hear these songs on our upcoming 30th annual Christmas tour,” said Joe Bonsall. “The instrumentation is sparse, yet incredibly put together, and the vocals are rich and vibrant. Many of the songs were freshly written by a stable of Nashville’s top songwriters.”

Oak Ridge Boys maken ook dit jaar weer een kersttoernee die op 13 november van start gaat met in totaal 30 optredens.
